FORMALIZING THE SALES PROCESS

No sales contract will exist for any product until your order has been expressly accepted and processed by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount of the order will be refunded in full.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase will only be processed when we send you the shipping confirmation, which will refer exclusively and only to those products indicated in the shipping confirmation. We are under no obligation to supply you with any other products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be as reflected on our website at any given time, except in the case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order altogether. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

The prices on the Website include all applicable taxes, but exclude shipping costs.

The prices can change at any time, but will not affect previous orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation email.

By making a credit card payment, you confirm being the primary cardholder.

Debit or gift cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, nor will we be able to formalize the sale.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can make the payment with any credit/debit card, using the secure payment processing platform “Stripe” (apple pay/google pay). The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the time you confirm the purchase.

You can also make the payment through Bizum (only for Spain).

Be advised that until the purchase payment is finalized, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the products chosen are not reserved.

In order to provide maximum security to our purchase process, we offer “Stripe secure payment” systems, which guarantee direct communication between the customer and the bank when making the payment. This prevents others from obtaining access to your card details.

How much are the shipping costs?

ChicBack is a 100% Spanish company and we ship orders from Spain:

The costs for Spain with 24/48h delivery are 4.50€. Except for the Canary Islands (€4.90) and the Balearic Islands (7.90€). You can see all the costs in the shopping cart by choosing your shipping area.

The costs for Portugal, with 24-hour delivery, are 5.50€.

For shipments outside Spain to: Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium. The costs are €14 with delivery between 2 and 4 business days. *excentuating corsica.

The costs for the United Kingdom, with 5 days delivery, are 14£.

Shipping costs for the United States, with delivery in 48h/72h, are 14$.

Shipping costs for Mexico, with delivery in 48h/72h, are 14$.

The costs for the CORREOS office collection system are:

– Peninsula: 4.50€.
– Balearic Islands: 7.90€.

The costs for the SEUR Pickup store collection system are:

– Rest of Europe: 9€.

Free shipping is available for purchases over 80€ (99$ for United States and Mexico). This offer will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart for our online store.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Shipments are managed through the company SEUR and CORREOS. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.

Standard shipments take 24/48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) except the Balearic Islands, which take 48/96 hours.

Our shipments to the Canary Islands take between 24/48 business hours.

Shipments to Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium take between 2 and 4 working days, except to the United Kingdom which takes 5 days and to Corsica which takes between 7 and 14 working days.

To calculate the delivery time of our shipments, you must take into account that orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 p.m., Saturday or Sunday are prepared and shipped on Monday.

In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will refund the proportional part of it.

REMEMBER that shipments are not made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary that you tell us the exact delivery address.
