Returns & exchanges
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange, and to proceed to it you must check that your order meets the following conditions:
- The product should not be used.
- It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The return or exchange will not be processed if these products are not in the same condition in which they were received, or if they have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
To make any change or refund you must complete and send us the form found on our website, under the “Exchanges and Returns” section.
We will send you an email confirming your request. You must pack the product (s) in its original packaging.
We will send a courier to pick up your package at the address given exchange or refund form. Once received in our offices, we will proceed to examine it and we will inform you by email if the return is accepted, taking into account that it is within the deadline and the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent in the same way it was received.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase. Credit card payments always depend on your bank.
Returns and exchanges are free for orders placed and returned within the peninsula.
Returns and exchanges in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands are not free, and it is the customer who must pay the return expenses (transport costs will be deducted from the refund). The amount of the returns depends on the destination, and the cost will be the same as the shipping costs that you paid in the original purchase.
