HOW SALES ARE FORMALIZED
There will be no sales contract in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount of it will be fully refunded.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. Keep in mind that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. Only the purchase will be accepted when we send you the confirmation of shipping and this will refer exclusively to those products indicated in the confirmation of shipping. We will not be obliged to provide you with any other product.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products will be the one that is stipulated on our Website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all the prices listed in the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discovered an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option to reconfirm your order with the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and we will reimburse the the full amount you have paid.
Prices on the website include the corresponding taxes, but exclude shipping costs.
Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders to which have already received a shipping confirmation.
By making a card payment you confirm that you own the card.
The “payment” card will be subject to checks and authorizations by the same issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize the sale.
You can make the payment with your usual credit / debit card, or through the secure payment system “Paypal”. The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the time you confirm the purchase.
Remember that until you make the payment of the purchase, your order is not confirmed and, therefore, the selected products are not reserved.
In order to give maximum security to the purchase process, we offer a “secure payment” system managed by “Paypal”, which guarantees the direct communication between the client and the entity when making the payment. This way nobody can have access to the data on your card.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery. You can see the shipping costs once you have chosen your products by clicking on the shopping cart and choosing the shipping area.
Shipping costs will be free, for purchases over € 50, this promotion will be indicated clearly online in the shopping cart.
How long will the delivery take?
The shipments are managed through the company ASM. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment.
Standard shipments take between 48 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Our shipments to the Canary Islands leave from ASM in the bag every Thursday, so they should be calculated around 10-17 days so that they arrive at their destination.
To calculate the delivery time of our shipments you must take into account that the orders placed starting after 2:00 pm, will start being prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will be shipped on Monday.
Exceptionally, delivery time will be affected durung special periods, promotions or sales.
Exceptionally, in case we are out of stock of a product that you have ordred, we will inform you about this situation and we will return the cost of the product.
Remember that there are no shipments to PO Boxes, so it is necessary for you to give us the exact delivery address.
To avoid problems in the case that you were not at home at the time of delivery we would appreciate if you could provide us with a telephone number with which we can contact you.
